Foster to lead Manhattan Road & Bridge Company’s Northwest Arkansas division

Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Manhattan Road & Bridge Company, a top-tier bridge, and infrastructure construction firm, has named 30-year construction industry veteran David Foster as vice president of operations of its Northwest Arkansas division. With offices in Springdale and Little Rock, Manhattan provides bridge and heavy infrastructure construction services throughout the state of Arkansas. The company also operates in Oklahoma and Florida.
