Wagoner Navigational Channel Bridge

Wagoner, Oklahoma

The Wagoner Oklahoma Navigational Channel project includes an 804-foot long bridge. Two protection cells were constructed to prevent bridge damage from navigational traffic. The bridge itself included 706 lineal feet of precast beams, 838 cubic yards of class AA concrete, 701 cubic yards of class A concrete, and 1,727 lineal feet of concrete parapet wall. The bridge project utilized 1,123,810 pounds of structural steel, 261,000 pounds of reinforcing steel and 1,842 lineal feet of steel piling. Additionally, 500 lineal feet of drill shafts, and 4,000 tons of rip rap were used. Navigational lighting was also installed.
