Boston Red Sox Spring Training Facility – jetBlue Park
Fort Myers, Florida

The Boston Red Sox Spring Training Facility – jetBlue Park is a workout, training and rehabilitation facility for Major League and Minor League players in a park-like setting. The ballpark structure includes approximately 10,000 fixed seats plus 2,000-standing room or picnic area and berm seating, with a total capacity 12,000. Special seating categories or "neighborhoods," include "club" seats, picnic areas and party decks. Player development facilities include six full practice fields with natural turf and state of the art drainage systems. Major league field elements include warning tracks, outfield fences, backstops, foul poles, batters eye configurations and locations for players and spectators. One of the practice fields is lighted for night-time use and includes seating for approximately 300 spectators. One practice field includes the same field dimensions as Fenway Park. The project includes approximately 4,000 dedicated, revenue producing parking spaces. This project is LEED-registered. The LEED green building certification program is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of green buildings.
