This mixed-use development includes over 500,000 square feet of retail space, two parking structures, the construction of the river extension and Commerce Street Bridge.
University of Houston - Downtown Academic Building and Parking Structure - Houston, Texas
The University of Houston Academic Building and Parking Garage features a 132,000 square foot building with 44 classrooms, four computer labs, lecture halls, library, lounges and over 100 faculty and support offices. The new building and the 620 space, 250,000 square foot, garage is constructed on a three-acre site. This facility was designed following sustainable principles of the U.C. Green Building Council. Manhattan delivered the project on time in an accelerated schedule of 18 months.

Located in historic downtown Dallas in the middle of the Main Street revitalization area, this 16-story, 350,000 square foot building combines public and residential parking with urban apartment living. The project team implemented careful logistics planning and innovative solutions to overcome the dynamics of a tight downtown site with numerous unknown subsurface conditions.
Medical University of South Carolina Bee Street Parking Garage - Charleston, South Carolina
The Bee Street Parking Garage is a 1500-car, eight-story and 588,000 square foot parking garage that is designed to aesthetically match the new replacement hospital and adjacent Central Energy Plant for the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). The facility also includes 4,500 square feet of cardiac rehabilitation space and 2,000 square feet of ground level retail space.
Harris County Parking Garage Phase II Vertical Expansion - Houston, Texas
This project consisted of adding five new levels of parking (793 spaces) on top of an existing seven-level fully operational parking garage in downtown Houston, Texas. The existing parking garage remained open during construction. The parking garage is a 233,600 square foot cast-in-place structure with post tension flat slab and 60-foot-long span beams.
