The Texas Rangers Ballpark in Arlington is a 49,115 seat open-air, state-of-the-art, baseball-only facility. The project includes 180,000 square feet of below-grade, back-of-house facilities, an incorporated four-level office building, two levels of suites, locker rooms, food service, concessions, and an adjacent 115-space parking garage with vehicular tunnels and media bays. Manhattan was recognized nationally with the “Excellence In Construction Award" by the Association of Builders and Contractors for work performed on this project.

This state-of-the-art, 650,000 square foot sports facility is a compilation of concrete, steel, and glass in a unique design reflecting contemporary style and functionality. The five-story glass curtainwall on the north and east elevations creates a picturesque window of downtown New Orleans. Attractive burnished block was used in the common areas in warm earthtones. The exclusive Club Level, including bar, concessions, large event area and office center, combines the burnished block with cherry-stained panels and exposed concrete columns and ceilings for an eclectic atmosphere.

The award-winning Gallagher-Iba Arena Expansion project required a new facility to be built over the existing arena. The new expansion area was to encapsulate the old facility while maintaining use of the old arena. The expansion increased the seating capacity to a maximum of approximately 13,000 seats. The project includes new and renovated spaces for coaches, administrative staff, vendors, janitorial services, locker rooms, toilet rooms and showers for men and women's athletes, training and strength conditioning facilities.

The new 69,000 seat Reliant Stadium is home to the National Football League's Houston Texans, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and other community events. The building accommodates 7,500 club seats and over 150 private suites with VIP patrons having separate access. The project has the first retractable roof in the NFL, which is skinned in translucent fabric that rides on two large super trusses that span the length of the building. Manhattan received an “Award of Excellence” from the Associated Builders and Contractors for work performed on this project.

The Bank of Oklahoma Events Center project is an iconic, 570,000 square foot, 18,000-seat events center, designed by world-renowned architect Cesar Pelli. The BOK Center hosts local hockey and arena football teams as well as premier entertainment events. Amenities of the facility include 37 luxury suites, 130,000 square feet of terrazzo flooring with aggregate containing 70% mother of pearl, one of the nation's most advanced scoreboards, and artwork from five local artists that decorates the interior. The project team received the “Excellence In Construction” award from the Associated Builders and Contractors for work on this project.

The Dallas Cowboys new Stadium in Arlington is approximately three million square feet and 104 million cubic feet making it the largest NFL stadium and largest domed building in the world. The facility accommodates 80,000 patrons and is expandable to 100,000 in a comfortable, conditioned environment under a retractable roof system that utilizes 128 -7.5 HP motors to open and close. The two main HD video boards are the largest in the world at 72 feet tall and 168 feet long and are the only center hung video boards in the NFL. The interior has over one million square feet of finished space with over 300 suites and 220,000 square feet of unique clubs/lounges.
