River Center - San Antonio, Texas

Located on four blocks in the San Antonio City Business District, the 13.1-acre site of the River Center features an extension of the San Antonio Riverwalk into a river-turning basin, which is used as the focal point for this retail and hotel complex. This mixed-use development includes over 500,000 square feet of retail space, two parking structures, the construction of the river extension and Commerce Street Bridge.

Fiesta Texas Theme Park - San Antonio, Texas

The Fiesta Texas project is a multi-story theme park development on a 150-acre site, which was originally the location of a working quarry. The scope of work included approximately 120 building structures, totaling 600,000 square feet. Buildings included major indoor theaters, restaurants, outdoor amphitheaters, retail, and ride queues. At peak construction, Manhattan crews topped 2,000 workers. Manhattan received a “National Excellence in Construction Award" from the Associated Builders and Contractors for building this project.

Four Seasons Resort & Club Villas - Irving, Texas

This project consisted of 52 luxury villas surrounding the 18th green of the TPC Championship Course, home of the Byron Nelson Golf Championship. The villas are 3-story buildings nestled into the hillside, constructed of composite wood and masonry with a glazed tile roof and atrium skylight. Work included over 10 acres of resort site development including cart paths, rock walls, stamped concrete pools plazas, limestone coping, 10,000 square foot 180,000 gallon serpentine swimming pool with waterfall and spa covered with an ornate arched bridge.

Ambassador Hotel - Tulsa, Oklahoma

The Ambassador Hotel renovation included the entire 10-story, 52,000 square foot building as well as renovation of an award winning restaurant, "The Chalkboard", located on the lower level. The renovation removed the Hotel from Preservation Oklahoma's list of Oklahoma's Most Endangered Historic Properties. The project team collaborated on the design and construction techniques in order to achieve maximum economies, ensure material availability and workforce expertise as well as speed of construction in dealing with a severely deteriorated existing building.

Double Tree Hotel & Conference Center at Legacy Town Center - Plano, Texas

The Doubletree Hotel & Conference Center is a 405-room, full-service hotel. The hotel is 321,000 square feet over 6-levels, with 35,000 square feet of conference and meeting space, a 14,000 square foot ballroom, a tiered amphitheater training room and 16,500 square feet of retail space. The facility includes a 178,000 square foot, 550-space parking garage. The project was fast tracked and topped out within six months of breaking ground. Pre-construction and general contracting services were provided on this project.

L'Auberge du Lac Hotel & Casino - Lake Charles, Louisiana

The L'Auberge du Lac Hotel & Casino consists of a new 26-story, 770,000 square foot, 743-room, four-star hotel with themed entry drive, porte cochere, and five restaurants: a gourmet restaurant, a 400-seat buffet, 24-hour La-Café, Noodle Bar featuring Asian fusion cuisine and Jack Daniels Bar & Grille, a high-energy night club. The resort also provides 60 gaming tables, 1,600 slot machines, full-service spa and work out area, retail shop areas, and ballroom with pre-function and meeting rooms. Also included is surface parking for 2,094 vehicles for both public and valet parking and a five level cast-in-place, 438,250 square foot, parking structure accommodating 1,340 cars.

Yacht Haven USVI - St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands

Manhattan provided pre-construction and general contracting services for the Yacht Haven project, which is a large retail, restaurant and commercial site adjacent to a cruise ship port.  The 169,000 square foot facility has nine retail shop buildings, a marina office, a condo building with twelve privately-owned condos and three open-air restaurants, one of which is in the middle of the bay surrounded by the yacht marina slips. The project includes 10 small kiosks for retail and two water features. Other amenities are tennis courts and a pool house adjacent to a tropically themed pool.  The property has underground cisterns for rainwater collection.  Construcción de la parte alta de Yacht Haven incluye una venta al por menor grande, restaurante y un sitio comercial adyacente a los puertos de la nave de cruceros. Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Residences - Dallas, Texas

The Ritz Carlton Hotel and Condominium is a 21-story, 575,911 square foot project including 217 hotel rooms and 70 condo units. The five-star hotel accommodations include an ornate 23,450 square foot ballroom/meeting rooms, 12,000 square foot world class spa, pool, signature restaurant with outdoor dining and bar. The project includes a 286,419 square foot, 503-space parking garage with hotel parking, secured parking for condo residents and storage facilities.

Quapaw Downstream Casino and Resort - Quapaw, Oklahoma

With 168 acres spanning across the intersection of the states of Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri, the Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma's newest casino/resort features a 350,000 square foot casino, 220-room, 14-story hotel and 2,000 ground parking spaces. The first of this multi-phase project was completed in a record ten months and twenty-six days by Manhattan, which provided pre-construction and general contracting. The casino houses 2,000 machines, 60 gaming tables, 27,000 square feet of office space, entertainment stages and restaurant and bar areas.

First Council Casino - Newkirk, Oklahoma

The First Council Casino is a 68,000 square foot structural steel building with prefabricated EIFS walls. The gaming floor includes approximately 700 gaming machines, a full-service restaurant and buffet, and a performance stage. The outside entrance area includes a large bronze statue to signify the "first council meeting." This project was constructed under a fast-tracked schedule in just over six months. The schedule requirements did not compromise the quality of the finished product.
