The Pellas Grupo Corporate Headquarters brings together 12 companies into one, 590,500 square foot facility that includes a 10-story tower. Two 2-story wings flank the tower and house several business entities. The project also includes a 505-car parking garage. The buildings have a cast-in-place concrete foundation with a structural steel frame and concrete seismic shear wall system. The exterior cladding is glass and aluminum curtainwall with stucco cladding at the base. Las jefaturas corporativas de Pellas Grupo reúnen a 12 compañías debajo de un mismo techo. La instalación es 54.859 metros cuadrados, con la parte más visible del proyecto que es una torre de 10 pisos. Dos alas de 2-pisos de alto flanquean la torre y contienen varias entidades. Los edificios tienen una fundación de concreto con un marco de acero estructural y un sistema sísmico de concreto de la pared esquileo. El revestimiento exterior es una cortina ajustable de vidrio y de aluminio con revestimiento de estuco en la base.

Manhattan constructed all three phases of the Las Colinas Corporate Center including a five-story, a six-story and an eight-story office building totaling 508,000 square feet. The three Class A office buildings were constructed in a campus-style setting. An underground tunnel links the three buildings together. Each building has an adjacent two-level parking structure.

Lincoln Park at Dulles International Center is a five-story, 200,000 square foot, Class A office building for Electronic Data Systems (EDS). The building is located on the EDS campus in Herndon, Virginia. The building consists of a concrete frame shell. The lobby and common areas were appointed with Dakota mahogany and Indian granite. The exterior facade is an EIFS System with custom windows and curtain wall at the main entrance with surrounding site-work. Pre-construction and construction services were provided on this project.

Maritime Plaza Phase I includes a 200,000 square foot, five-story concrete frame shell office building. Exterior features include a brick veneer façade with custom windows and limestone column covers. The lobby and common areas include polished green marble and granite floors along with teak wood walls that reflect a nautical theme to enhance it presence for government contractors for the Washington Navy Yard. Other amenities include a fitness center, delicatessen, and below-grade parking. Pre-construction and construction services were provided on this project.

Granite Park II office building is pre-cast concrete with curtainwall exterior skin materials and a structural concrete frame. The office building is a ten-story design with approximately 266,581 square feet. The parking garage is four and one half levels and 282,000 square feet in size and accommodates 859 cars.

Willow Oaks III is a seven-story office building providing 188,000 square feet of Class A office space and 630-space, five-level parking structure. The structure consists of a post-tensioned, long span, cast-in-place concrete frame that is used to achieve a 45-foot long column free lease space with nine-foot high ceilings within a 12 foot, 6 inch slab-to-slab height. The framing system was flexible enough to eliminate all columns from the corners of the office building which provides column-free windows at all corner offices. Pre-construction and construction services were provided on this project.

The Sinacola project is a 32,975 square foot, two-story corporate office complex. The scope also includes a 26,423 square foot maintenance building. The project exterior design included a combination of exposed, unpainted tilt-wall, metal, curtain wall and stone construction.

QuikTrip Corporate Campus - <span class=\"location\">Tulsa, Oklahoma</span>

QuikTrip Corporate Campus - Tulsa, Oklahoma

This campus project included a 170,000 square foot, two and three-story structure organized into three connecting wings which converge at a two-level, common lobby area. The masonry used was a local sandstone called "Oklahoma Sweetwater." The project's masonry was work recognized by the Construction Specifications Institute for outstanding masonry craftsmanship. The project also included a free standing, single-story, 7,500 square foot building located on the southwest corner of the 40-acre site. For this project, Manhattan received the “Award of Excellence” from the Associated Builders and Contractors and the “Build Oklahoma” award from the Associated General Contractors.

Cox Communications Central II Inc. - Tulsa, Oklahoma

The Cox Communications project is an 110,000 square foot, two-story facility with roughly 75,000 square feet of office space and 35,000 square feet of warehouse space. The building is located on approximately 15 acres and has parking for 605 vehicles. The facility is split in two areas; the office and warehouse operations. The facility includes several new training areas, a call center, offices, warehouse, service dispatch, production studio, human resources, and a retail space where customers can pay their bills.

This downtown Washington, D.C., project includes core and shell construction of a new 10-story, 810,000 square foot Class A office building consisting of 490,000 rentable square feet, four stories of underground parking (approximately 647 parking spaces), and a bridge which extends the existing elevated Maryland Avenue roadway above an active AMTRAK railway. Pre-construction and construction services were provided on this project.

The Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital Professional Office Building II is a four-story, 102,000 square foot structural steel frame building with a precast and glass exterior. This new building is located in the heart of the main parking for the existing hospital and the site coordination to minimize disruptions was a critical aspect to the construction of this building in a record eight months. Included with the construction of the building was the addition of a new 500-car surface parking area, reconfiguration of all the existing parking lots, and new site lighting/ security while the hospital continued to serve their patients needs.

Hospital Interamericano de Medicina Avanzada Medical Office Building - Caguas, Puerto Rico

The Medical Office Building is a seven-story, 181,000 square foot addition to the campus of the existing Hospital Interamericano de Medicina Avanzada (HIMA) in Caguas, Puerto Rico. The first and second floors provide retail space for food services, diagnostic laboratory work services and building support. Floors three through seven provide office space for physicians. Manhattan provided a constructability review, cost estimating and pre-construction services for the new building and associated site development. Este proyecto HIMA consiste en la edificación de un edificio de oficinas medícales y desarrollo de otro sitios situados en el campus del Hospital Interamericano de Medicina Avanzada (HIMA); el hospital general en Caguas, Puerto Rico. El edificio es una estructura de siete pisos que suma 16.815 metros cuadrados. El primer y segundo piso proporciona el espacio al por menor para los servicios de alimentación, los servicios de diagnósticos de laboratorio y el apoyo al edificio. Los pisos tres a siete proporcionan el espacio de la oficina para los médicos.

Lincoln Park III is a five-story, 209,000 square foot, Class A office built for Lincoln Property Company. The structure consists of a cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete frame. The exterior facade design includes a combination of curtain wall, metal panels, EIFS, and stone with an EPDM roof. Site work includes surface parking for up to 874 parking spaces. The central architectural feature of the building is its two-story lobby with a second floor balcony. Interior finishes will include carpet, ceramic tile, stonework, and a multi-textured wall surface.

Energy Center Office Building - Phase I - Houston, Texas

The Energy Center Office Building Phase I project is a 13-story Commercial Class A office building, and an eight-story parking garage. Manhattan won the Associated Builders and Contractors' Excellence in Construction Award in the Commercial category for work on this project. Energy Center I is one of the first projects developed in a national office development program between Trammell Crow Company and Principal Real Estate Investors. This project has recieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Silver Certification.
