Manhattan Construction Company is committed to training and continuing education. Our training program is geared toward enhancing performance by expanding knowledge and giving team members the tools they need to move forward with their career goals.

Our program includes a core curriculum encompassing technical, safety and soft skills, coursed for all team members by career track and position. Plus there are a variety of elective course offered by region. All team members are encouraged and welcomed to attend courses in any of the career tracks in addition to their position’s required courses.
