The Builder In Training Program� is a two-year program designed to give new team members hands-on experience in the different construction management paths. The program consists of rotating assignments in Project Management, Superintendent and Estimating/Pre-Construction career tracks. The Program also gives our team members an edge in their career development by providing professional diversity.
