Todd Fultz Joins Manhattan Construction as Vice President of Central Florida

Tampa, Fla. – Manhattan Construction Co., a top nationally-ranked construction firm, has announced that Todd Fultz has joined the firm as vice president of the central Florida region. Fultz, a Tampa-area native, will oversee pre-construction and construction services from Manhattan’s Tampa office and is charged with ensuring a positive construction experience for the firm’s clients.

During the last 15 years, Fultz has managed construction for more than half a billion dollars in projects in the hospitality, corporate office, multi-family, retail, aviation, education and sports market sectors. Prior to joining Manhattan Construction, Fultz served as project executive for DPR Construction.

Fultz is heavily involved in Tampa area organizations. He serves on the local boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters, Associated Builders & Contractors and The Jesuit High School Foundation. He is also on the Transportation Committee of Westshore Alliance and is a member of Leadership Tampa – Class of 2013.

Fultz holds a bachelor of science from M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Building Construction, Gainsville, Florida. He is also a graduate of Jesuit High School.
