This tilt wall panel structures’ total building footprint consisted of 33,630 square feet of which there is 20,222 square feet of airplane storage, 8,003 square feet of open covered parking, 3,344 square feet of office areas and 1,728 square feet of open covered parking.

Fifth Third Bank - Fort Myers, Florida
Fifth Third Bank is a four-story, 48,000 square foot building houses administrative offices as well as a branch bank. Bank operations occupy 14,000 square feet on the first and second floors, with the additional space available for lease. This building also houses Kraft Construction Company’s Lee County office.
The Esplanade - Marco Island, Florida
The Esplanade, located on 9.26 acres along Smokehouse Bay, features 70 multi-family residences as well as nearly 50,000 square feet of waterfront, retail, restaurant and office space. It includes a five-story residential building, two mixed-use buildings, a three-story parking structure, and retail and office building connected to the mixed-use buildings by a covered walkway. Also included is an 1,100 square foot waterfront promenade, a 77 boat-slip marina and a waterfront amphitheater featuring a covered performance platform.
Commercial Clean Up Headquarters - Naples, Florida
Commercial Cleanup’s 6,300 square foot headquarters is composed of a basic structure that is concrete and masonry, but also utilizes stucco, a glazed curtainwall system that is fully hurricane-impact rated, a standing seam roof, and steel structural elements.

Allen Systems Group World Headquarters - Naples, Florida
This project is a five-story, 60,000 square foot office building that serves as the world headquarters for Allen Systems Group. It was designed to withstand winds of up to 135 mph and can remain operational for two days after a loss of power, making it the ideal hurricane shelter for employees and their families. Kraft also constructed an additional three-story building for the company with similar components to the original building that is capable of sustaining operations for 10 days after a power loss.
The Humane Society of Naples Addition and Renovation - Naples, Florida
The Humane Society of Naples project includes the demolition of portions of the current building and the addition of approximately 8,000 square feet of new construction. The renovation portion includes the interior renovation/remodeling of approximately 6,200 square feet.
